Many applicants are already doing the work: answering questions, watching examples, writing notes. From the outside, it looks like preparation is happening.
The harder question is whether those answers still hold up when an interviewer pushes back.
Platinum Program exists for that gap. In the final stretch, guessing is the most expensive thing an applicant can do. It takes someone close enough to the preparation to say plainly what is weak, while there is still time to fix it.
Three layers, each with a job: the platform builds the habits, the coaching team corrects them, and the final stretch pressure-tests everything before interview week.
The full Interview Mastery platform, so practice never runs out.

Real coaches close to the preparation, so nothing weak goes unnoticed.

Everything pressure-tested before interview week, so the day itself feels familiar.

Some universities use fast rotating MMIs. Others use longer structured panels, skills assessments or online interviews. Platinum preparation changes with the universities actually on your list.
MMIs can mean six stations at one university, eight at another, and completely different timing between them. We train students to read the prompt quickly, find the real issue, structure an answer under time pressure, and reset cleanly before the next station.
A structured panel is a different skill from an MMI. There is more time for interviewers to probe an answer, challenge an assumption and connect one response to the next. We prepare students to stay natural, consistent and thoughtful when the follow-up questions keep coming.
Some selection processes go beyond a standard question-and-answer interview. A Multiple Skills Assessment uses rotating stations with scenarios and activities. Students practise making decisions with incomplete information, explaining their reasoning and communicating clearly while the situation develops.
An online interview and a face-to-face interview do not feel the same. Camera presence, pauses and virtual pacing matter online. Eye contact, transitions and physical composure matter in person. We build the mocks around the environment the student is actually going to face.
The method behind InterviewMD
Shanaka Jayakody is the founder and head coach of InterviewMD. He has spent more than 15 years coaching applicants through medicine admissions, and the method behind every InterviewMD program comes from that work.
Platinum includes 3 Shanaka-led strategy and review touchpoints. In them, he decides what should be prioritised, which answer patterns still need work, and what needs to change before interview day. Between those touchpoints, the InterviewMD coaching team works closely with the student on the day-to-day preparation.

“More practice is easy. Knowing exactly what to fix is the advantage.”
They want to walk into the interview knowing that whatever could reasonably have been done beforehand, they did it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to as well. If there's something within our control that can improve your chances, we want to do it.
By interview week, the thought shouldn't be
It should be
“I've done everything I could.”
The Platinum Guarantee
If we say we'll leave no stone unturned, we should be prepared to stand behind it. Complete the required preparation, apply to at least 3 eligible medicine programs and attend every interview. If the admissions cycle ends without an offer of a place in medicine, the full program fee is refunded.
The offer is still earned by the student on the day. The financial risk of the day going wrong sits with us.
Every module, coaching session, class and mock interview in the program, plus the practice plan we set together at onboarding. We track it with you the whole way.
Valid applications to at least 3 medicine programs the student is eligible for (or every eligible program, if fewer than 3 are available), at least one interview invitation received, and attendance at every interview.
If the cycle closes without any offer of a place in medicine, lodge a claim within 60 days. We verify the outcomes with you and refund 100% of the program fee within 14 business days.
Every condition, and how claims are verified, is set out in the full Platinum Guarantee terms.

Eight mocks, eight uni-specific classes and unlimited 1:1 coaching aren't arbitrary. We've built enough room into Platinum that we never have to stop before you feel ready.

Students underperform when the room feels unfamiliar. Eight isn't a magic number. It's enough repetition to keep putting you back in that environment until it feels like you've been there before.

InterviewMD got me into Medical School!
Before I found InterviewMD, I was really anxious about my interview preparation. I worried that I might come across as robotic and rehearsed, and I questioned whether I could handle unexpected questions under pressure. I didn't want to walk into my interview relying solely on hope, I needed real preparation. What surprised me most about InterviewMD was the genuine support I received from Shanaka and Namreetha. They went beyond just teaching me what to say; they helped me understand how to approach my responses authentically.

InterviewMD helped me get into Med School!!!
Before I found InterviewMD, I was really worried about preparing for my medical school interview since I had never sat for an interview before and had no idea where to start. However, my experience with InterviewMD completely transformed my approach. I loved how tailored the feedback was to my responses; it wasn't just general advice but specific insights that helped me refine my answers and improve significantly.

Don't think twice!
Shanaka helped me to prepare for my interview for med school and it was one of the best training I have ever done. He helped me to better understand myself and play to my strengths. His approach is different in that it's not just about learning the tricks and techniques but really using your own character to your advantage. He made the whole process fun and even helped to to end up enjoying the interview. Would recommend to anyone without skipping a beat.

Shanaka definitely saved me when I was preparing!!
I found the structure of the course so helpful and it reduced a lot of stress and uncertainty that I had. I would definitely recommend using all of the resources because these are super valuable and ensured I was on the right trajectory in regards to all of the sections. Shanaka had so many tips and tricks, and I found doing one-on-one sessions occasionally really helped me because we were able to identify my personal strengths and weaknesses and set goals for the next week or so. I highly recommend this course to everyone!

Changed my entire mind. Made me evolve into what I know I can be
I improved in ways I didn't even think possible. For me personally, Shanaka felt like a big brother type of role and supported me in medicine and aspects and more importantly life aspects. I truly believe my whole character and personality has changed and evolved from the things I learnt from the course and Shanaka himself. I'm happy because this program really did change almost everything about me in a beneficial way

Private 1:1 coaching is delivered by the InterviewMD coaching team, trained in Shanaka's method. Shanaka contributes personally through 3 strategy and review touchpoints, the weekly live Q&A, and the overall direction of the student's preparation.
The offer itself can only be earned by the student on the day. What Platinum Program guarantees is the money. If the student completes the full program, applies, attends every interview, and still finishes the admissions cycle without a single offer of a place in medicine, we refund the entire program fee.
There are 3 conditions. First, complete the program work: the training modules, coaching sessions, classes, mock interviews, and the practice plan we set together at onboarding. Second, apply properly: at least 3 medicine programs the student is eligible for, reach the interview stage, and attend every interview. Third, if the cycle ends without any offer, lodge a claim within 60 days and verify the outcomes with us, including a short screen-share where the student logs into their application portals so we can sight the results directly. We never hold passwords. Once verified, 100% of the program fee is refunded within 14 business days. The full terms are published on our Platinum Guarantee terms page.
If places are available, yes. We can discuss whether Platinum Program makes sense based on the student's timeline and current preparation.
Bank transfer is preferred, and card is accepted. Payment plans are also available: speak with the team before enrolling if you need one. If a refund is ever issued under the Platinum Guarantee, bank transfer payments are refunded in full, while card refunds are paid less the processing fees the card processor does not return to us.
For bank transfers, send us your receipt and we set up platform access and onboarding, usually within 1 business day of the transfer clearing. Card payments unlock access immediately. Either way, our team then reaches out to schedule onboarding, the first Shanaka strategy touchpoint, and private 1:1 sessions with the coaching team.
